DRIED FRENCH 'RUBIES' PLUMS

In the past, French plums were sometimes sulfured before drying.  These were called 'Rubies' or 'Golden Prunes'.   We’ve resurrected the process of adding sulfur that adds another dimension to its already rich, sweet flavor. 

Prepared with sulfur dioxide.
